can someone PLEASe tell me how the hell we cant go around 1st corner without all the agressive clamour for places ...

It's a LOOOOOOOOOOOOOONGGG race ... 1 second is not going to killl you .. the race is not won on the 1st corner!

I didnt even touch anyone even once in the 2435325235 million times we restarted because Im actively trying to not go for broke at 1st turn ... but yet I even had a car land on TOP of me (yes ON TOP) flying through the air and everything would be funny if it wasnt for the fact im pissed off right now.

Is there some kind of OVER competative edge appearing here?

because if there is I want NO part of it.

competition is good and i'd like to think we are all good enough people to be able to control our emotions in races (expecially the 1st corner)

and then there is the:

I was really really really looking forward to this tonight due to all the shit from last night.

I expect this crap in warzone servers like NETIKKA ffs.

In all my long months of being involved in LFS and with all the problem solving, technical side of things ... dealing with idiots etc etc etc I can say I have only felt mad about 3 or 4 times ... this is one of them.

I think ehn!cO left the server in frustration too .... not good Sad

maybe im overreacting a little and im calming down a bit now but we (collectively) need to take a step back and think before we do 1st corners in events ... we all know what they are like by now .... long races are not won or lost there.

lose the agression and everything will be cool .

its as simple as that

one last thing that frustrated me ... I put 35 laps in the damn thread headline for a reason .... I wont mention who changed it Taavi lol, but i wanted 35 for a reason (monitor is almost going bye bye)

totally agree about 1st corner , i know im not the fastest out there so i always try and hang back and let everyone go it suprises me how often by doing this i end up making a few places because everyone else is taking each other out only for it to end with a restart,and like hectic says we were at he back and had a damn good race a bit of rubbing now and then but clean and fun and thats the important thing, if the 1st corner thing pisses people off they will end up going elsewhere!!!!!!!!!!

The firt corner was, ( I dont even have a word i can say because it was that bad ). Seriously it depends on your Race times, Pitstops not the 1st corner. If it wasn't going to be sorted within the next 3 trys after Peanut left i was going allso, But we managed to do it but still have lots of touches and it was a great race from then. but i was verry angry because i wanted to race against Peanut and Ehn. Mad
