Man I hate rules but it's obvious theres going to have to be 1 or 2 due to some things that have been happening lately.

Last night J.C comfirmed something that I thought maybe was happening and that is that when he used [PS] name in another server then he wasnt made very welcome, which i guess points to the fact that 1 or 2 loose cannons that use the name are making a bit of an ass of themselves in other servers.

If anyone that uses it at the time are indeed doing this then just remember who pays the price for it, proven by J.C last night when he entered another server. This will not be allowed and if it can be proven that you are being an ass in another server then the high probability is that you will be permanent banned from the server and the forum.

Rules regarding the [PS] name

1/ Any existing user of this name can still do so unless told otherwise by an admin.

2/ Any new members, will have a probation period before use of the name and will be sanctioned use by either myself or Cactus at a time when we think is right.

3/ Probably most important - the use of the name is to be part of a group who have grown up together in terms of cameraderie, humour, and willingness to learn. I dont often boast but my god I doubt if there is a better group in LFS in terms of comradeship. Therefore anyone who uses the name {PS} in front of their name, long term member or new has to remember that their behaviour in servers affects us all and you should try to be courteus and kind and treat people how you would like to be treated at all times.

Anyone not observing these rules will be named, shamed and probably banned from both server and forum but that will be upto my discretion and my discretion alone.

Sorry for sounding like a little hitler, but I had no choice on this
If all admin and longer term member could please enforce these rules for the time being then that would be appreciated ...ty:)

Logitech formula vibration feedback wheel, i know it's not a good wheel but i have played with it a lot now and i think it'll do the trick improving my laptimes! Rolling Eyes

Perhaps when in car park (servers such as Smufis Demoserver __ and so forth) tracks those with [PS] names should revert back to their nornal name? Confused

? as I've found out that it is sometimes to establish what is going on in the carpark, whether it be drag, drift, demolish, wheelie/stoppie, etc. for example tempers can flare where someone hits some random dude(s) drifting among a great demolition, and then threatens to be kicked/banned from the server, thus tarnishing the [PS] name.

Although this hasn't happened to me while having the [PS] name, i have adopted this method of removing the [PS] tag in light of recent events hilighted by some threads.

I think (correct me if I'm wrong), that most of [PS] "members" recognize me as not bad driver Rolling Eyes

When I look at Yours nicks, most of You don't use [PS] in front of. I think I don't need this anymore neither. At the beggining I thought every member would have it. But now I know it's not really necessary to have great fun with You guys.

Think, that [PS] should have every new one, who wants to race with us often. That's my little suggestion.

but the reason that some do and some dont is because variety is good Smile

I think it is nice to see a mix with some with the name and some without, that way any occasional visitor to the server wont feel intimidated.
