Ive zipped up the 4 skins on that other thread and ammended their file names so that you dont need to Razz

here is the link to the skins http://www.asaj55.dsl.pipex.com/skins.zip I will update this zip from time to time to make it easy... instead of manual.

ok click the skins download link and save the file somewhere on your harddrive.

once you have it on your system ... extract its contents to your skins folder ... something like \LFS_S2_ALPHA_P\data\skins

thats it as far as installing them goes but it can be slightly tricky to use them in game.

go to garage and click "colours" next to "info"

next click on "xfg" next to "texture name" at the bottom of screen.

it will take you to a screen where you can click on your skin file.

thats it !! Smile

by the way...

anyone that allready has any of these skins installed from before will need to download the zip if they want everyone to see thier skin or vice versa see everyone elses skin due to the change in file names

sorry about that but its the only way

another one added ... not much just barn added his name logo to hectics skin ... not that any one needs to use it but you will be able to view his name on the skin.

Personally i think its a good idea if you want to take a skin and personalise it (if original author is ok with it of course)

I've got nothing against personalisation of skins, so feel fre to edit my skin. btw, if you want to add numbers or flags/names to the car, I think it's best that they all be modified the same. I've done the large numbers on the side of the car in trebuchet ms size 36, and the number on the bonnet in trebuchet ms size 24. Smile

btw, nice skin taavi, it so happens that i've downloaded an advertisement track mod which replaces one of the many logo's around blackwood with Marlboro! Razz

zip is now updated with your latest skin hectic ..

btw i noticed you didnt have and underscore after xfg in filename...

this is a muct to get it to work Wink

... and ive amended it for thezip so you will have to download it too for everyone else to see that skin on your car
